Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Pretend Paper Co order.

However, if for any reason you change your mind, you can return unused items within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• In their original condition

• Returned within 28 days of delivery

To start a return please email hello@pretendpaper.co including your order reference details and we will advise how to return your item to us.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The majority of our parcels can be returned using Royal Mail large letter (keeping the cost to an absolute minimum). 

Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@pretendpaper.co.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@pretendpaper.co, including a photo if possible.

We’ll always do our best to make it right quickly.
